I had originally bought a Nespresso Home Coffee Machine (D290) from Ebay. It stopped working, could not get the cappuccino device to suck up the milk. I called Nespresso as I had been ordering my pods (coffee) from them. I was originally told that my machine was more than a year old and that they could not help me.
Then, I hung up, called back in and got a very nice rep who said my machine was under warranty. He sent me a replacement machine, free shipping, a box to mail mine back and it turns out that they sent me the version of machine (one below) mine and I called them up to ask them why? They said it was a mistake and sent me a gift $100 value of a foaming machine. I could not believe the service!
Then they also sent me back my original machine completely revamped and working perfectly. I have always been impressed with the customer service and excellent products that Nespresso makes and carries. This was an example that was way beyond my expectations!

This is why I will continue to use their products!
